Farouk and his team went out of their way to make sure my battery inverter setup for load shedding was installed correctly. He helped me select the correct cables and parts for my inverter and the installation was neat and tidy. We've had load-shedding three times since installation and the inverter system works perfectly - a seamless switchover with no drop in power. We recently installed a SunSynk solar 6 panel solar system at our home . During the exploratory phase we got excellent advice on the various options and Paroshen and his team helped us narrow down our decision to a solution that met our needs and was affordable. The actual installation was professionally done by a large experienced and competent team. During the installation we received ongoing updates and all our mundane technical queries were addressed in a way that we could understand . The quality of the work was exceptional, the team were polite and professional throughout. We were delighted with the final product and now enjoy a seamless and lower cost energy supply , with and without load-shedding.

Initially I accepted a quote from a very well known A/C installer (not Moritz) however following pretty good service from the sales person I then received quite poor service and communications regarding an actual installation date. I cancelled the acceptance and then proceeded with Mouritz at more or less the same price for the same job. Wow! Great communication at every stage from a number of office staff in a very timely fashion. The installation team were excellent - polite, professional, tidy and expert again with good communication. The sales consultant was also excellent, no pressure and provided good advice. I would not hesitate to recommend Mouritz Air.
