Thank you Petro for your outstanding service. We had our little morkie Teddy with her after he injured his back playing with his brothers around the house. After taking him to another vet we were told that he would perhaps not walk again and if his situation did not improve he would have to be put down. We would not give up on him and we were so glad that we got in touch with Petro. She had the situation under control within three days and we were able to collect Teddy and gave him rest for one week. We were going away for the Easter holidays and Petro was glad to assist us with keeping an eye on him while we were away. We collected him today and the turn around is just fantastic. I would personally not use another vet moving forward for our 6 fur babies. So refreshing to know that she cares about the pets and animals above gains in finance and this shows in her approach. Thanks once again.

One of my family member is admitted there, and they are complaining about not having water, toilets are stinking and the nurses are telling them that they will find someone who will be fast on them. We do not know why they are saying that/threatening them like that, but can the management look in to this matter as it is not the 1st time it happens

We have had a 5 year journey with Tygerberg Dental Clinic. My daughter has the most Beautiful teeth all due to this wonderful, professional compliment of staff and students. We never, ever felt like we were being treated by Students to be honest. The place is neat, clean and just an overall good experience. PROFESSOR Harris, Dr Walton & Dr Danie Visser ,Thank you for being Vital Roleplayers in my Daughters Beautiful teeth. Braces and Wisdom Teeth removal all done and we are Extremely Happy. We started in 2017 October and ended our Journey in October 2022. Highly Recommended and all worthit. Not forgetting the wonderful Xray Ladies, Receptionists in Orthodontic Drpt and in Maxillo Surgery. Thank you from the Bottom of our Hearts.

I have recently had 2 cataract operations here. The staff and matron were extremely professional and friendly.

Morning it's not my own experience but I'm talking on behalf of my 82 year old mom..... and i experience it myself..... At 19:50 my mom's window next to her bed was still open... My mom's bed was dirty... The food that she was trying to eat herself.... And we at home are feeding her so the bed was also a mess... The next day my sister came there 7 o clock my mom was lying vertical with her legs between the rails of the bed so i just want to ask where were the carers that was aupose to sit with my mom 24/7....i hope i get a feedback my sister also spoke to the matron about all our concerns a hospital is suppose to be a safe haven especially to the elders... nurses was laughing at night and talk all their stuff as if rhey were at a party.... So i hope this matter will be resolved and that nurses will be nurses as in years back

Got great service from the beginning till the end, got so much care from sister Williams on my checkups and delivering was hard but the nurses and doctors were amazing labored my baby with care...

I had my 1st baby here & the reason I'm not giving it a 4/5 star its because my child was then admitted recently to have his adenoids removed. And as much as the day stuff was so welcoming & just amazing people, the night stuff was a totally different story. Only to think these were grown women that are working with babies day in & out, they had no consideration or patience, they were as cold as the room that I was sleeping in. The day of the operation was just the worse for me & my child, because I wasn't allowed to give him anything to eat after 10pm but it was the inconsideration of these nurses & lack of information to lack of impathy that they had. I didn't understand what was going on & nothing was explained to me, and that made the whole experience not great. The morning of the procedure, my paperwork was not complete by the night nurses, it was just a mess! But a BIG shout out to the day nurses, they were great as well as the ladies that brings us food, much respect to u all.

My stay at Orchard Lodge was very comfortable, with helpful caregivers, a really good doctor, an excellent team of physiotherapists, and a kitchen that prepared really nice home style meals.The resident cat made the place feel even more like home, he was a welcome distraction.
