Is was a great privilege and an unforgettable experience to have met Dr. Zaraina Solomons. I'm filled with immense gratitude for all her support and positive feedback.Thank you for being the dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate doctor that you are! Since I've met you, you always go above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a healthy outcome. I feel so blessed to know you and have you as my doctor.

What an absolutely wonderful place. The maternity ward is modern, chic and recently refurbished. The nurses and doctors are so great. I had my best experience at this hospital and quite frankly did not want to leave. The food served is scrumptious, nutritious, a wide range to choose from and more than decent portions. I cannot express a more heartfelt thanks to all the doctors, nurses, porters, everyone there, who makes the overall experience one to remember. Please continue doing what you are doing, providing a world class service to the community.

As previously mentioned, this hospital exceeded my expectations. This time my son (Noah Vorsatz) was admitted. From the emergency room to the Paedetric Ward. All staff members were professional and polite. A huge THANK YOU to the Paedetric ward nurses (to many nurses to mention all by name), Dr Nondela, cleaners and catering services.

My sister attends this hospital as it is two roads away from where they live.On all of the occasions which I visited her at this hospital, I must say the nurses are very rowdy. My sister is an asthmatic and she is always staying in a ward, which happens to be close to the sisters station.I really don’t know how the patients sleeps with the way these nurses talks all the time. It is a hospital with sick patients in after all. In my opinion this is very unprofessional.

I'm at Gatesville Melomed and I must say I received excellent service from Sister Fredericks and team at JJ2, your passion for your work shows of how much you care for your patients. Keep up the good work. I received good service last week but this week you changed my opinion to excellent customer service. Every time I opened my eyes with pain you were there to assist. Your work is very much appreciated. The checking out process was horrible without you there the nurses are lazy to fetch medicines and made me wait 2hours pathetic service that I had to stand drowsy and bloody nose at the pharmacy for medication. No sort of sympathy for a patient that had a operation. My first impression was excellent until this happened, I'm still disgusted by the check out process.

I was admitted to Melomed Gatesville Hospital on the 12 June 2023. I must say the day and night nurses and sisters were really on their feet. I could request for something and they’d be there for me. I didn’t need to tell them I was in pain, they’d ask before I even tell them. They were all patient, caring and very friendly and made the stay worthwhile.Thank you so much for taking care of me.

I don't have any problems with melomed,as I've had many experiences with melomed and can't complain as I've done 2 stents,thyroid removal,and healed of water on lungs so what can I complain and really my specialist Dr. I. Abdullah I appreciate him such a gentle specialist who's not for the money but for the health of his patients.MELOMED YOU ROCK!

I go by the name of Roland Syce. On May 30th, 2023, I was admitted to Gatesville Melomed where I stayed for a duration of 10 days. Upon arriving at the trauma unit, Dr. Ebrahim and the staff swiftly and efficiently helped me find calm and comfort. Subsequently, I was transferred to ward O on the first floor, where I was fortunate enough to receive care from Doctor Abdullah, along with the dedicated sisters and nurses.Throughout my stay at Gatesville Melomed, I was treated with utmost care and respect by the sisters, nurses, and even the catering department, all of whom worked tirelessly to ensure my comfort. Although I cannot recall everyone's name, I would like to express my gratitude to individuals such as Aphiwe, Boise, Clinton, Shafeeqah, Sithunda, Nomfenge, Turner, Fisher, Gunya, and Patience among the sisters and nurses. In addition, the catering staff, including Chantal, Mandy, Channal, Gaironesa, and Kauthar, are exemplary individuals who possess the power to make a positive impact on our country. They certainly made a significant difference in my life.During my time in the hospital, I was deeply disturbed to witness a patient in our ward mistreating some of the aforementioned staff members. It was disheartening to see these dedicated individuals, who work tirelessly on twelve-hour shifts, being belittled and demoralized. While not everyone possesses the same level of skill and professionalism, we should remember that respect is something that should be earned, not demanded. By treating others with respect and seeking to understand them, we create an environment where mutual respect and understanding can flourish.In conclusion, I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Abdullah, who, in my opinion, was an instrument of God in treating my illness. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to Gatesville Melomed and its staff for their exceptional care and service. Thank you.

The doctors and nurses were very friendly and professional. During my hospital stay, I was taken care of in every way. Everyone was Friendly, right down to the cleaning staff.
