I had a question about the brackets and sent in a query on the website- the response I received was super quick and they provided me with a quotation for delivery. I placed an order online and they were delivered the very next day!! A couple of screws must have fallen out the box and when I brought this to Rory's attention, he actioned this immediately and I had extra screws and a few extra ends as a token of good faith delivered in only a few hours! Its always great getting good service and Curzon certainly provided me with a very pleasant experience! Thank you!

Thought i will give the smaller local bussiness a go , rather than the bigger ones. Had some blinds made. Despite very friendly assistance from staff at mix n match i had the worst experience with the owner , Mr Joofuban. I percieved him to be very rude.

Had a good dealing with the lady that helped me with the re stringing of my blinds in getting a quote and then someone to do it.Have dealt with them in the past, and yes there was a hick up or two, but they have always stayed to resolve the issue in a proper manner.I feel that they believe in customer service.
