UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS WITH VERY RUDE OWNER. The owner SANET lied to me to sell her products, and she knows very well that I shouldn't consume products with ethanol. I feel sorry for a good business with a deceiving owner. STAY AWAY

Sanet has helped me to help myself be the healthiest I've ever been and to access my full potential in life. AUM has amazing coffee, fresh fruit and organic bulk ingredients and I love that you can bring your own containers. Zero waste! Would definitely recommend visiting if you're in Melkbos

Aum Health Hub offers a range of organic foods ( sourced from local farmers ), natural medicines, skin care products, minerals, vitamins, blood analysis, spices and yes - good coffee. Sanet listens to your issues and then guides you to find appropriate solutions with explanations of how the medicines, skin products, vitamins etc work, their benefits and how to take them. She is also aware of the effects that swimming in the ocean, sun exposure, breathing, thoughts, discussion, social interaction, and, exposure to various chemicals, pollution and plastics, might have on a general sense of health and well-being. You will discover more depth with time spent there. It is what the name says - a place that dispenses holistic health.

So great to be able to get high quality natural health products locally in Melkbos, from tissue salts to natural remedies and skincare, and good advice on all the product ranges from Sanet. Plus I love being able to buy loose seeds, flours and nuts by weight, and go plastic free.
