I was a confirmed SKEPTIC of hypnotherapy!!! When I decided to, very hesitantly, give Belinda Roxburgh a try ..... WOW!!! The timing of my sessions with Belinda was serendipitous, and absolutely perfect for me, for the space that I was in at the time. Belinda's talent, perceptiveness, compassion, empathy and assistance with goal-setting was SO encouraging, and it was such an amazing journey of discovery (despite my initial skepticism!!) Belinda is truly gifted - if you are skeptical, and you are considering hypnotherapy - give it a go - you will not be sorry!!!
