I recently signed up to be an Au Pair with Little Sunshines Au Pair Agency.It look less than 1 hour to have a Zoom meeting with one of the agents send in all my documents and get me registered as apart of the Agency.Within 1 week I was sent listings and I applied to a few, days later I was called in to meet a family and I got the job.All the staff at Little Sunshines Au Pair Agency were always helpful and so kind to me.I just referred my best friend to the Agency as well because of how Professional they are.Very impressed and greatful!

Their nannies are definitely not trained at all! They have attitude and one even stole from me and when i tried to report her at the agency the lady was not even interested. would not recommend at all! oh and the lies!

Bafokeng is a great communicator to clients though he could do with a bit more interest towards the nannies too.I had a nanny for a period of 4 months and within the first month my 16 month old baby was eating chips and biscuits before 7am, when loadshedding would hit the nanny would not even bother using the gas stove to warm my baby’s food or use it to make her milk, instead she would wait for electricity to come back. The nanny gossiped about me and my partner to other members of the family. Furthermore, she also did not disclose to us her medical condition which was supposed to the job of the agent to inform us.I sent an email that about the dismissal of the nanny but have not received any feedback yet for the agent. I really wish they could give clients references and also train their nannies (money is good but ensure that nannies love their job).

DO NOT USE. FRAUD. AGENCY TOOK OUR MONEY AND DID NOT PAY THR CONTRACTOR. LIED MULTIPLE TIMES. CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW POOR THEIR SERVICE WAS. TOLD NANNY THAT WE HAVE NOT PAID.

We’ve recently done some work here. The children’s homes are neat and cosy. The kids have great manners and really appreciate everything done for them. The caretakers are great with the kids

Super Nannies provided a very professional and helpful approach to finding me a suitable lady to assist me with my children and general running of my home. The training and experience these ladies get is invaluable and provides me with peace of mind that my children and home are in good hands.
