What a very remarkable and relaxed environment. Great customer service with ladies only operating the tills. I don't complain though.

Had the most amazing experience with the two nurses, Siphesihle and Sanele if I'm not mistaken. They know how to take care of their patients, they are committed in what they do, they are friendly and helpful. They both deserve an employee of the month. Thank you

I was given pills that were about to expire & when I returned them I was told to consume them before the expirey date. Which was highly impossible

Terrible stock control. Went to get 10 things today and walked out with nothing. They can't maintain stock previously sourced from the shop. No assistance any where in sight and the noise of the till points gets so irritating that you can't even think.

In the shelve there were two pieces left. One was sealed and other was not. I picked the sealed one and on the till I found the price was different. In fact R500 more than the shelve price. Supervisor was called. She confirmed that the both items are same but the shelve price is different. I kept waiting for the manager and found same. I wasted my time and left the purchase. What kind of service is this. How can similar product have two prices and no one is will to take the responsibility of mistake. Please employ competent staff.

I have been dealing with Paul and Garth for nearly twenty years. Now, spending half of my life overseas, where medical cover is free, I still wait until I am in SA to go to Bantry Bay pharmacy. The level of service, support and knowledge is unsurpassed anywhere I've been.There are truly the best I've ever encountered.

This Dischem branch consistently disappoints. Of all the branches I use to refill my chronic medication this branch is the only one that ALWAYS has queues and NEVER has the generic options for medication in stock. The generic option for my medication is more than 50% less than the original version. Sorry to say but this sounds an awful lot like a money making scheme to rip off medical aids and clients. And don't think they will phone you to tell you they STILL don't have the generic medication available - they will only inform you that you are kindly forced to pay more than double when you've already taken the time to drive all the way here to collect your script and have queued for more than 20 minutes at the drop off and collect counter. Something has to be done about this dismal service. Please!

Extremely rude and arrogant staff. Instead of helping me clarify any confusion I had, the pharmacist was rude and treated me as a disturbance instead of a client. Very unhelpful.
