The Jimny proofed to be the ideal car for our roundtrip. Very capable offroad and small enough to drive without issue in the city. Stuart (and also Russell) is very friendly and helpful. With delivery and pickup at the hotel, we could not have wished for a better service. Highly recommended when visiting SA!

They are the worst rental company ever experienced. They are serious fraudsters neva return people deposit.

I would give them five if they had enough cars even for first time customers who don't know the rules of their process, where you first have to book a car days or a day before showing up for collection, they got to understand some situations are agent and comes unexpected. Beside that, their response to customers, nice, starting with their security guard at the gate to workers at the office I received no attitude. Well I don't know much about the business side, the financial handlings and the charges and all since I never had a chance to make business with them due to lack of booking in time.

I was charged a valet fee of $50 for some sand in the foot wells. Total money grab or scam. The car did not have rubber mats so there was no way to clean it. Should I travel with a vacuum cleaner Avis/Budget? The manager on site claimed they needed extra time" to clean the car even though it was returned a day early. Avoid this car rental company."
