Today i had the privilege of visiting the new branch in Monty's this afternoon.The store is clean and tidy with a friendly atmosphere.The service! Unlike chain pharmacies, I feel like I'm the most important customer Royal Pharmacy has, as does every customer. When I had questions regarding my prescription, I received fast and helpful answers.

Very rude receptionist.. Absolutely not interested in listening. Totally rude, no customer courtesy and lack of respect. Definitely not buying anything and my relatives will also follow suit!!!

This is my 4th time ordering and I'm extremely happy with my order and the excellent service provided by Omninela. Their prices are always the best and the customer service is outstanding. My order is always delivered within a day or 2 at max and is always packaged with care. Thank you to the team!

We went to the pharmacy at 9:15 to receive our covid 19 vacinations. We were 7th in the que. it took an hour to register in the icey cold outside.We were then invited into the pharmacy to have our medical aid membership checked.Then we went outside in the cold again to wait for the vacination area to be available This took a further half hour.We were then ivited into the vacination room to listen to a marketing spiel by the vacinator for another half hour.On enquiry why the process took so long,we were advised by the same lady that she had a pharmacy to run and could not do vacinations whole day.She said that if we were not satisfied, she could remove our booking and we could go elsewhere.We decide that after our duration of inefectifness and time delay of this process,we would rather continue.It is hghly frustrating to be treated like second class citizens by a private sector vacinator agency,that disregards our sacrifices to remain safe in this national pandemic.

Previously only Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser would clean my face without leaving it dry and flaking but since I tried Pure Gentle Cleanser and then Pure Child Wash it is a similar, if not better experience. Thanks Reitzer Healthcare for providing us with more affordable high quality gentle cleansers like these. I also love Pure Glycerin Cream, I apply it before applying tretinoin and it's a good buffer, it gives my skin a soft texture.

To sum it up, great you feel welcome, the staff make the effort to get to know you, great place to get meds and they always try to have you leave feeling that you are taken care of.
