The time spent here has been horrible ,the management takes time to respond to problems and even when they do their solutions are not effective, they lie about back up generator, the wifi only works in certain areas ..i would really not recommend

The Cottage is very close to the beach. Ideal for surfing! It has everything you need including a well stocked kitchen. It offers enough space for about 4 to 6 people and it is very good value for money. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure. See ya

Stay away from this lot. I dealt with Brenda Loader. I placed a cash offer on a property they were selling. Asking price was R 1,250,000. I offered R 1,200,000. The owner counter offered at R 1,518,000 ???Brenda's response was the owner also required 15% Vat to be paid, and also Harcourts 5% Commission had to be added to the asking price!!This is not the first time i have purchased property, and never have I seen a case where the price advertised, (property24) was not the asking price. Nowhere on the ad did it state any additional costs for the property. The kicker here is the property was apparently sold the next day. Fairly easy to work out what happened here.Totally Unethical and Fraud in my books. I am taking this further, but anyone looking at using this company needs to do so with caution!!
