I had the worse experience of my life and are still spending money unnecessary. The property I bought through Harcourts Beachfront had quite a few patent defects which was never declared on the offer to purchase contract (Swimming pool leaks, Shower leaks- actually streams down the passage way, invalid electrical certificate- when we contacted the agent she said we should sort it out, leaking roof and the list goes on). They attorney simply just didn’t had the backbone to correct their client after multiple facts and proof were given. Harcourts Beachfront principal only has 1 excuse, the property was sold voetstoots. (never replay or reacted on any of my emails). She also stated that the seller is the attorney’s client and they look after them, not the buyer who actually pays for the service. My impression is that they got their money and did not want to hear any of our concerns.

Marguerite has been exceptional and has kept at promoting and marketing the house with great success. She is so professional and has been an absolute pleasure dealing with her.
