It’s a safe place to stay. Unfortunately the internet connection is dismal and intermittent at best and it is still under construction. Prices for fiber have increased and one cannot select their own ISP. You have to go through Balwin Fiber and then one of their pre selected ISP’s.

One of the cheapest renting estate,, not everyone can pay lost of money,,, suitable for family member of 3 also

The place is secured, no trespassing. Safe place to rent, safe place for a car and child friendly.

This is a cool 4 floor residential flat, nice and small offers from 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms, play area for kids, nice briaa area with shades up stairs ideal for a lazy chill week, security good but guys needs to be trained on customer care

Prestigious

it's an okey place but the Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible, I do not think they're planning on fixing it, they installed it last year replacing the then perfect Wi-Fi to a Wi-Fi network that doesn't work at all. This very bad considering we're students, we require Wi-Fi to get work done.. In one of the buildings the lifts went weeks without working and the biometrics door is currently not working. Another downside is that unlike other accommodations there's no generator incase of load shedding. For the price they charge it's a let down.

Well Nanoliving is basically home away from home. The service is exceptional, the ambassadors are very friendly. It is unique from other student accommodations, every room has its own kitchen (which has a stove, fridge and a microwave) and a bathroom. The rooms have study desks with study lamps. You get to choose if you want a 2/3 sharing room, you can also choose to stay with your friend. Their security is very tight, there are cameras everywhere. There is room maintenance. Nanoliving always has competitions and events. You get nanobytes monthly. They have transportation to campus. After signing your lease and moving in you get a tshirt, bucket hat and a mask which is pretty cool. They have laundry rooms which have washing machines. Well all in all Nanoliving is a great place to stay at during your varsity life, it's very nice and amazing.
