Wendel Prins is most rude. How you give an answer to a client/patient is key. Sure, you can give feedback that we don't want to hear, but be bloody nice while doing so. Third bad experience with Dischem as a whole. Never supporting the chain again, and advising every person to do so too.Edit: When we inspected the bag of meds when we got home we realised she also didn't follow the request for 20mg of the prescription and gave us only 10mg, after numerous confirmations to dispense 20mg. Had to pick up cronic meds today.1stly it would appear that the call centre does not call anymore so that Meds can be prepared beforehand ( you just collect). Had to spend 44 minuted in line waiting to be helped. Way undermanned.

When will Dischem have their salon re opened with a permanent therapist? this is the 2nd year in a row i cannot use my vouchers? everytime i try to make an appointment they either fully booked or she is not there the days i am available

Try phoning them ! You will waste an hour! Useless bunch of lazy halfwits

My first time to visit this franchise store in Paarl Mall and definitely not my last. Excellent service from the clinic sister and pharmacist. Cashier were nice and overall had a great experience!

Services offered to reduce burden of waiting in the always long dispensary que is often not available or when you get there orders are not ready.

My most heartfelt thanks to the dischem staff and team from protecting me from myself and my overspending. From not being assisted at the perfume counter, to being followed around by a security guard to a point where I felt so uncomfortable I had to leave, I really thank you. God knows how much I would have ended up buying!Needless to say, I won't be frequenting this establishment, and you have lost what would have been a very regular customer.

Date 30/12/2021. Time: 14:20. We waited for 40 minutes to see the sisters at the clinic. Some people left. As not assisted. After waiting 40 minutes the door opened no patient's inside, but 2 sister's. In other words the two sisters on duty, has been chatting the time away with several people waiting in vain. Nobody was able to assist us, as we had questions about product availability before queing. Why do we have to wait 40 minutes and only then be told they have no Vit B12. The door opened, and we were told they will now help people with appointments. People with appointments pitching up late by an hour and a half was even helped before us. Pathetic service. This doesn't make sense! So your system works as follows: just make an appointment pitch up whenever you wish, and get helped before people coming early, and waiting 40 minutes.....

Dispensary is a shambles !!! They take so long, they stop what they're doing to have casual conversations with colleagues ... no one seems to Care about the que of people waiting.
