Student dormitory

The students accommodation is fine, more especially for students who prefer residing close to Campus.

Stayed here for 2 years and I've got to say, you'll hate the rules and sometimes the people, but it's for your own good. Great HK team. Washing machines are still troubling I'd suggest not to use them if you love your clothes. Literally nowhere to hang your laundry after washing: can't do it on the balcony bc you'll get fined, can't do it in the living area bc there's no sun (you're inside), can't put it in your room bc that's small and you'll get cold. It's just the washing problem I have. Everything else is okLast year was a lot more fun than it was this year, long before COVID-19. but it also depends on the kind of person you are. Basically, you need to be monied to enjoy Stellenbosch.

Only down side of this place is it's distance to UJ campuses. Despite that since they have improved there WiFi and water heating system for showers I would definitely recommend this place to any UJ student!

Stayed in TudorHouse (6 Soeteweide Road) which is located two houses up from Poolhouse. It is also run by Henry and Lientjie Wickens. I had an enjoyable year as a lessee with no issues or problems whatsoever. Over my time at the university Henry was definitely the best landlord I dealt with and as a digs we were all very impressed with the way everything was managed. If you're looking for affordable, safe, comfortable and central accommodation in Stellenbosch as a student I would seriously recommend contacting either Henry or Lientjie.

Good residential place to rent

One of the nicest accommodations if you are interested in affordable and convenient. Very safe and comfortable to live in. Has the best staff to support and help you with your needs

A very nice accommodation for the students with solar backup systems .load shedding is a story to them.

I'm the garden services here so the place is in excellent condition

Nice, quiet & spacious. Various facilities can accommodate almost any type of event or team break away.
