Worst service ever!! Bought a gun from them, few months later the gun was not working anymore because they never advised me that you shouldn't leave the gas canister in when I bought it, anyway took it in for repairs 2 months ago already, went there twice and phoned to see where the gun is only to be told the shop at the back is in such a mess they don't know where my gun is they will phone me once they find it. Now almost 3 months later I got called to go fetch the gun. Will never use them again and won't advise anyone to make use of this shop service is bad!

The lawyers are so considerate. I was going through a divorce from a very difficult partner. They charged me a capped fee that I exceeded but they didn't ask for any additional payment. They were also very kind, understanding the sensitivity of the matter and the support I needed.

Having problems with online shopping with them. I paid for a product only for them to tell me over 24hours later that they dont have stock and want me to pay R700 for the replacement they are offering that is more expensive... is this just to get more money out of customers.Update: The alternative gun was sent with missing equipment. Blades and Triggers has only been nothing but a pain. Thank you for sending me a gun without a charger - you removed it from the box.

Bought a crossbow from these guys a couple of months ago, this was used three times, shooting around 25 arrows. This weekend something went wrong with safety mechanism. Today I went back to them to see if problem could be solved/repaired, though very apologetic, no service or advise were offered, instead one was send packing with a bad taste in mouth. Not the service or assistance I expected from a business I spend 1000's on. Definitely not people I would support again and I would also suggest the same to family and friends alike

They claim to have certain items on their website. I drove 20 minutes to find out they actually didn’t. Staff also not knowledgeable about their own stock.
