Brazilian restaurant

I ordered medication from them on Wednesday the 31st of May 2023. They only received the order that Sunday, the 4th of June 2023. A whole 4 days later. At this point I'm expecting the delivery to come in at most on Monday because by then it would've been 3 working business, what they promised, to have it delivered. It didn't come. I waited until Wednesday where I decided to call them to check up on the order. After being on hold and the call being passed around for 25 minutes, only then did they process the order for it to be delivered! Ok fine I let it go as they promised to have the delivery in by the following day. Surprise surprise they didn't even have stock for the medication and I had to cancel the order and allow 14 days to receive my refund. This was a complete waste of time! Dischem and that branch....... wow!

I always used to buy the Power hour for R120,Sheik kebaab R40,and Mutton Burger R30,and now when i phone in The Prices have all gone up,When i phoned in to ask why my order adds up to R205 as opposed to R190,The manager who picks up, Answers arrogantly,that all prices have gone up,and when im asking him for the prices of each item,he stated he has no time and customers are waiting to be served,He cannot spare 1 minute to explain why things have gone up, Blinded by Greed,he has lost a loyal customer because of the managers arrogance,Theres no place for Greed when selling food that the people are paying full price for. Treat customers like trash your business will end up like trash .Not returning here

Aziza is always helpful and friendly. General lack of shop assistants on the floor, when you are looking for them; cashiers could certainly be more sprightly.

Ordered food from them at about 7pm was told it will be about 45min for delivery but 2 hours later the driver never pitched or phoned. We tried calling the them to find out what happened to our order but all thier numbers just rang with no answer. Don't waste your time.

Discrimination against tattooed people from this branch. An equal injustice to racism. I hope you recieve the treatment you deserve. You are rubbish people.

I was having a terribly bad day, and came here in a real sour mood. The staff here were really friendly and they managed to cheer me up! I was really impressed that they continued with smiles and good customer service despite my mood, because they totally brightened up my day!

Very tasty but got food poisoning both times we had it, so if you don't mind an upset tummy go for it ....

Please work on your customer service. Pamela, the “manager” had no customer skills! She is rude and doesn’t know how to address people. I am “mam” not “lovey”. When the teller told her what needed to be removed she got it wrong twice, and when I corrected her, she continued with “yes lovey” in a sarcastic tone. If i’m spending quite a bit at your shop (even if I was spending a few rands), I expect PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially from a manager, if she cannot deal with customers she should be sent to back office!

Delicious food and very reasonably priced.

The variety in this store is better than other branches. If you order something to pickup they are extremely efficient at finding your parcel quickly. Long lines move fast and I often don't have to worry about standing in the queue for too long.
