She even managed to get our two cats onto the same flight as us from Cape Town to London Heathrow, which made things so much easier and less stressful. We used Pets Wanne Travel based on a recommendation and I still sourced other quotes. They were the most cost effective and easiest to use. They have everything you need, so you don’t have to try and find the right kind of travel box or try to attach a water bowl to it. Their cages were clean, the right size and had water already in it. They also didn’t overcomplicate the quote based on where your pet was being collected from and dropped off. Sending a pet via airplane is stressful but they made it as painless and efficient as possible. We were even sent a quick picture before our pet went in the plane, giving us assurance he was well taken care of. They communicated regularly once the pet was collected and we didn’t have to follow up from our side at all.Thanks so much to Pets Wanne Travel! You guys are the best!!!

We decided to go with Keringa-Petwings after doing months of research on pet relocation agencies and seeing all the amazing reviews they received. We unfortunately had a terrible experience with Keringa from the moment our deposit was paid. We got hardly any guidance on the process from our agent and had to continuously check in with them to find out what the next step is. Out agent was terrible at answering our questions and we had to update him on the different timelines during the export procedure from information we got from Keringa's competitors as he did not understand when certain processes should happen. The whole process with Keringa was extremely stressful and we are just grateful that our dog made it to NZ safely. Wouldn't recommend!

Highly recommend! We have used this kennel twice and have been really impressed by how well our dog was cared for. He came home so relaxed and happy wouldn't hesitate using them again.

She made the whole process from booking their flights, informing me about pre-flight checks as they're senior kitties, to arranging a vet pick up super easy. I was kept in the loop every step of the way on their journey to Perth (I have made another review separately for JetPets Perth as they were superstars as well!!). I couldn't have trusted them in better hands.

STAY AWAY!!!!They moved my mom from Durban to Pretoria and kept her furniture in storage for 3 months. They arrived 2 hours late when collecting and then arrived almost 3 hours late when returning the furniture. The coffee table had leaves, grass and spider webs on it, so this was clearly kept outside. They broke the outdoor furniture and two of the draws on another piece of furniture. There are boxes missing, they even used my mothers Kirby vaccum cleaner as the bag was full and the zip broken. Their response: o you didnt have insurance"
