Absolutely Superb. From the moment Karsten came to our home to review the items for a quote to the point where the vessel with our container was leaving Cape Town--and, of course, including the team of 5 they sent to our home for two days to pack and then load. The whole team was professional, friendly, helpful, efficient and so committed to our needs. I have no idea how Diane secured an elusive 20 foot container for us in such a short time when other moving companies told me to be prepared to wait 4-6 weeks for a 20 footer. Of course, we haven't received our goods on the other end yet, but based on the work so far--and their responsiveness I am assured that we will get our worldly possessions in pristine condition as fast as possible. Thank you, Kings!

This 1 star is for the guy who was very welcoming and informative at the gate, he then gave me a number for their offices in Durban, for such a big company you'd expect to at least deal with people who are more professional, but people these days just here you name and decide you're probably not even worth their time, the guy on the phone was extremely rude, he first dropped me with the phone. That's just no way of speaking to someone who's looking to give you business. RUDE RUDE
