Bike sharing station

To avoid at all costs. Owner and staff (admin staff) are very rude. Owner doesn't greet a single person when there are more than 10 standing in front of the shop waiting to go on a trip, his only interaction with one of the clients was when he shouted at a guy to sit down immediately on the quad bike, after the seat had been baking in the sun for hours. Had issues with payment (if they say it is R400, it is not!). Had an old lady shout at us like children and then refusing a refund afterwards. Unfortunately some of the local shop owners in Ponta refers to the owner as Jakes the snake". Just had an overall bad experience

Total scam, would not recommend it! Bikes are heavily sealed, with effective power around 100cc. Management not service minded. Only positive thing was the guide, which was very friendly and helpful!

Total scam. Pay alot for a drive you have no say in only 2stops. Booz cruise but must finish in 5min and then they yell at you.Boss will call cops on you for anything. No respect for customers. Totaly bad

A MUST EXPERIENCE. Every cent worthwhile for a 3 hours Booze Cruise. Definitely a Top Attraction when I'm in Mozambique. Thank you Biker Boys Moz lekker Mozambique

The guide didnt follow his own instrutions that he gave out to the group before we started on the trip. There are so many rules that u have to follow which makes it not fun at all. The guide just stopped infront of us and we bumped into him. He made us pay R750 at the end of the trip for repairs" but surely they have insurance????????? The quad bikes ARENT in a good condition

Went on a ride and can relate with most other negative comments. My quad didn't turn left properly. I was told to make a wider turn, didn't go to Malangane, etc etc.The way the owner answers complaints on here says it all

Had booked with these guys a day before for 9 people but when we got there we were 6. We all know life happens.. The way the manager handled it was really not great in my opinion. No compassion or willingness to be reasonable. He stated if you book a boat, you pay for the whole boat. Now these are ATV quad bikes & not a boat, so the principle doesn’t apply. Sadly we had to paid for the 9 although we were 6 despite multiple pleas for reason... my view is be careful how you deal with these guys because they will want to charge you where they can.
