The service we received has not only been very personal and professional but they have gone out of their way to pre-empt and resolve any problems that we encountered and Gerhard's attention to detail is second to none. When comparing quotes from other companies, please take a very close look at exactly what is quoted for. Gerhard and his team at Kloofzicht quote for everything and assists with everything required to migrate your pets, including but not withstanding quarantine bookings, flight bookings, transporting the pets to the airport etc. etc. They were also highly recommended by our vet practice whom they have had a close relationship with for a very long time. Other companies don't do that to make their quotes seem cheaper. But like for like Kloofzicht was the most cost effective option and has the most amazing service. You are not just a customer or a number on an invoice. I would recommend them EXCLUSIVELY to anyone who needs to migrate their pets. Best pet travelling company on earth

Gerhard and everyone at Kloofzight Pets on Route are great and I would really recommend using them if you need to get your pet anywhere in the world! Gerhard helped me tp get my Cat, Ghost to Australia and he went the extra mile every step of the way, they took excellent care of Ghost when she boarded with them for a few days at their great facilities and she was treated as part of their family. Gerhard is much more affordable than many of the other pet export companies, but despite this he puts his heart and soul into every case. Before moving I use to be a veterinarian in South Africa and often helped them when they bought pets for their vet checks and I can say from first hand experience they take loving care of every pet. I would highly recommend using Gerhard and the team from Kloofzight Pets on Route!
