Thank you to @The One Pet Relocation for assisting us in reuniting Vincent with his mom, Jay Goldstuck in Los Angeles. We were kept up to date every step of the way. JP and Jolene guided us through the process from the beginning of what seemed like mission impossible. They made sure we knew what to pack to make Vincent's journey as comfortable as possible. Vincent arrived in LA, walked out of his cage and started purring when he saw his mom. Thank you.

Our 3 cats arrived in Scotland yesterday healthy and happy and none the worse for their long journey. Thank you, Jolene and JP for all you did to make this possible. From the beginning of the process communication has been instant and supportive and you kept us posted every step of the way once they had left Durban, sending us regular photo updates, and then letting us know about how their flights were going. The paperwork was all attended to and your agent this side completed the good work you'd started. Gratitude and purrs, Mark, Elizabeth, Bella, Magnus and Freya.

A huge thank you to JP @The One Pet Relocation for his excellent service in assisting us with relocating our dogs to Aus. He made the effort to get to know our dogs so they got use to him as, he knew our one girl was very timid around new people. JP is well knowledged in the industry and is clearly shown in service he delivers. He made the process easy for us and would highly recommend his services. Thanks again for everything!

Harley arrived safe and happy from SA to the UK. JP has his heart in this business and I couldn't be more grateful for his tenacity and compassion. It's been a month now and our little princess, has turned in to quite the cowgirl. Thank you to The One Pet Relocation and Pets in Transit Des Plaines Illinois for arranging a smooth handover all the way from South Africa to Chicago.We opted for the immediate clearance with Vet examination and rabies vaccine. Everything was paid for and arranged without any effort from us. We literally just collected her afterwards.I would recommend that one includes an immediate heartworm blood test upon arrival, especially if you'll be travelling around the USA with your pet or moving your fur-baby to an area where it's prevalent so they can be started on a preventative soonest without any complications.

We knew moving cats from Maun, Botswana to the Maldives wouldn't be easy. After contacting 9 other agent we finally managed to find Jolene at One Pet Relocation who was willing to listen to us and the information we had and work with us to get our 2 cats to the Maldives.She was extremely knowledgeable and communicative, knowing the hurdles and paperwork that needed to be completed. When we had issues she had solutions and work arounds.She knew exactly how the system functions and who to contact to get the pets through. As anyone living in southern Africa knows, having someone who knows the system and silly little rules is invaluable.Their kennels are perfect and every care was taken to ensure our two boys were happy and content on their journey.We will absolutely be contacting Jolene again when it is time for us to come back to Botswana. Cannot recommend her enough.
