Bodyfit Auburn

Absolutely the worst gym I have ever been to! I went to this gym in late 2019 and the equipment was great and wasn't too busy. After the COVID-19 lockdown the gym became extremely busy as they did not go back to full opening hours (I originally signed up for a 24/7 gym) and obviously had signed more people up. They then also replaced all the equipment in the gym with new cheap equipment. The equipment could not be adjusted and my sister could not use most machines because of this. I had an issue with my payment at one point and Maria on the phone was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Furthermore the gym tried to extend our contract for the time the gym was closed over lockdown. This is illegal and it took me going to Fairwork for them to finally let me out of the contract. The manager Stev was extremely rude in all emails, took forever to reply and did not once come to speak to me when asked for. Worst gym and customer service. Would give 0 stars if possible

Alton was very experienced and a good personal trainer. I saw results after two months. The facilities are very clean and I would recommend this gym to friends and family.

Good equipments for workout, great environment, great music, gym is always clean and all the staffs are very helpful. Alton who is my trainer is always pushing me hard and every other staffs are always helpful. Thank you Maria and Alton.

I travelled to Sydney for work and the team at Auburn Bodyfit were so welcoming and friendly. There’s plenty of good equipment and a huge functional area for stretching and they have boxing bags out front too. The sauna caps it off for me. Will come back here again when I travel to Sydney next.

The best gym and staff are very friendly I have been a member for 3 years

I have been coming to this gym just recently and have been very happy with it. The are a various equipment options and the place is always tidy and clean. The staff and trainers are super friendly and the gym has an overall good energy. The gym is also 24/7 which makes it super convenient for my day to day schedule.

Been a member here for a few years now, atmosphere is great compared to most gyms, love the size, variety in equipment, classes, lighting and music. The members and staff are quite friendly also which makes a non intimidating gym environment. The only thing this gym is missing is 24 hour access but the staff confirmed the club will go 24/7 in just a few weeks. Cant wait!

Many equipments, new and clean.Staff are very professional and Kind. I do personal training with a same trainer.Very detailed person.That is the reason I am coming from Wollongong twice every week

Amazing gym for many reasons- friendly women and great trainers in the classes with great creche facilities and an amazing person taking care of my 3 kids plus amazing manager and service in general !
