Hyundai Worcester

Ordered part, paid in full by eft. Arranged and paid courrier to collect and deliver. Part was a day late as promised. Re-arranged courier to collect. Parts dept handed part to wrong courier. End of story - did not receive part. Hyundai Worcester has my money and I paid courier as well. Not happy.

I recently moved to the area and had my i30 serviced at Hyundai Worcester. I don’t usually bother with reviews but I have been moved to comment here on the exceptional service I received from beginning to end. The service was carried out promptly while I waited. I was treated at all times like a valued customer and offered tea and coffee in the comfortable waiting area. I was impressed that I was emailed a video of the technician carrying out the complimentary safety check on the vehicle... pointing out my tyre tread readings and brake pad wear etc.... and I received the email as I was waiting! At no time did I feel that I was being given the “hard sell” on any extras etc and all in all I was delighted with the first class service. When my daughter came back from overseas after 7 years she wanted to buy a car. We went to a view dealerships in Worcester to have a look at some cars. Some of the dealerships applied for financing on behalf of my daughter (also Hyundai Worcester) It was not approved as my daughter had no credit record in RSA at the time. 3 Months later Brandon contacted my daughter and said that they want to re apply. Kerneels went out of his way to ensure that financing was now approved and my daughter got her brand new i20 last week. Exceptional service throughout the whole process. Two real great employees of which Hyundai can be proud.

So took my car in for a service today at Hyundai Worcester. When I dropped off my car I told the lady that can someone pick me up at 1pm. Then asked the driver also please pick me up at 1pm. When they phoned me at 12pm to say my car is finished, I once again told them that they can come pick me up at 1pm. 12:50 I walked down and as I walked down phoned Hyundai Worcester and told them they can come pick me up now. I stood there for 25 minutes and no one came. I phoned again. and the lady told me that she will make certain the driver leaves immediately. After another 20 minutes I decided I would just start walking as I start work again at 2 pm. I received a phone call asking where I was and I told them. The lady told me I should just wait there and the guy would pick me up where I was. So I stood in the sun for another 15 minutes waiting on the driver. I decided Id rather walk the as I was going to be late for work and I only had 3 blocks still to go. Arrived there and the lady just nonchalantly gave me bill and asked me to pay. Not an apology, not an excuse. Just ignored it like nothing happened. Seriously for a multinational company you cannot even keep to a timetable?

I have a positive experience every time I take my car for its yearly service at hyundai Worcester. They are fast, friendly and do a good job. I also love how clean and new my car looks when they're done with it!

Friendly staff, good customer service. Thanks to everyone who played a part in servicing my car a special thanx to the mechanic, my car drives even better than before and also to the car wash guys, you all rock!!!
