Good service until the deal is done, no after sales service on the sales department. Experienced this when we purchased a car from them and sold the car back to them 2 years later. No followup from their side or returning calls if you don't prompt first. Hopefully this experience was isolated to only one customer.

My experience over the last week has been absolutely exceptional. From the service dept who took in my old vehicle, to the car sales dept who went more than the extra mile, when I discovered I had to trade in my old car, every single person I dealt with was incredible. Dirkie, the sales person was someone who really listened to my needs, and was both kind, considerate and very helpful. Each one went out of their way to make this a wonderful experience. They turned an unfortunate situation into a happy outcome. I'm thrilled with my replacement car, and deeply impressed with the level of service I received.Thanks to all at Hyundai Somerset West.

Does anyone knowWhy the airbag indicator light stay on?I thought it would be back to normal after car service;Then I waited seven hours to get my car back,but the airbag indicator light still on.I just want to ask:Who knows whatdid they do a car service for me?Why they didn't solve this problem?
