It's been the worst experience from any dealership and it's supposed to be reliable and top quality. Had to take my car back for the same problem, 3 times....had to pay twice. Untrustworthy management, false promises and no pride in what they do. Disgrace to Jeep South Africa

I recently bought a car pre-owed from Arnold Cars from a sales person called Jamie who in the beginning gave me a quick sufficient service but once I took delivery of the car I notice missing items in the car and they gave me the run around about fixing it. They took my car back to fix and came back with nothing sorted on the vehicle where I had to take it back again. They refused to sort it out and no communication from the Jamie the Sales guy I had to call him for updates all the time and he would ignore my phone calls. But every time I called the land like he answered and claimed he had been busy. This is by far the most horrible service I’ve ever recieved and would never advise anyone to buy a car there new or pre-owed.

So I dropped off my car on a Thursday morning with the hope of getting it in the evening. At 330pm I checked progress and my consultant was said to be at the bottom but would call me back. 2 hours later no call and I am stranded at work I uber home. Expecting to get a call on Friday morning that didn't happen until I called them at 11am. My car was still not fixed. I had to go and collect my car as I didn't see a driver coming to fetch me for that. My car is 4 years old now and I love it but have never been satisfied with JEEP customer care. I have a nasty experience for each service. Right now they cant update maps so you get lost in new areas. Smh for such a luxury car brand.
