i have been trying to phone this dealer and although they say they have this new telephone system, it is impossible to get to talk to anyone. you can press any number from 1 to 6 and all you get is that extension 676600 is not available." CSI = 0"

I just Bought an F Series S conv Jag from Lauren’s. Brilliant service and communication all the way. The car was mint and they even had minor detailing done. This is why buying from reputable dealers is the only way. Thankyou team Chatx for making my experience special.

Trying the whole day to get hold of the dealership the entire day to discuss a quotation. Nobody answers the phone number. Goes to an answering machine but cuts you off.

I recently bought a car pre-owed from Arnold Cars from a sales person called Jamie who in the beginning gave me a quick sufficient service but once I took delivery of the car I notice missing items in the car and they gave me the run around about fixing it. They took my car back to fix and came back with nothing sorted on the vehicle where I had to take it back again. They refused to sort it out and no communication from the Jamie the Sales guy I had to call him for updates all the time and he would ignore my phone calls. But every time I called the land like he answered and claimed he had been busy. This is by far the most horrible service I’ve ever recieved and would never advise anyone to buy a car there new or pre-owed.

I had the worst experience. Was lied to from the sales person.. I had booked flights to Johannesburg to pick up the car..but the door was damaged.. The management did not even bother calling me after I e mailed them with my query

If i could give Jeep (Arnold Chatz) Constantia - Roodepoort a star it would be a ZERO! Not only do they not answer their phones - it just rings and rings and then goes to a voice mail service. How pathetic!Secondly, i took my car in for service and managed to contact them through an alternative no and followed up on my vehicle, was told someone would phone me back.. I'm still waiting...?

I have never received such bad service in buying a vehicle. Waited up to the last day prior to the permit expiring to recieve lisence disk and number plates. Althoughpaying cash for the car I still have not received the registration certificate - 3 months later. Car delivered without triangle and carpets. I went to dealership to collect the triangle. Still waiting for the carpets. Although requested, I still haven't received written confirmation on my service and maintenance plan. Incorrect information given through to Tracker delaying installation. Incorrect invoicing etc

Undoubtedly the worst transaction we've ever had to deal with. From day one of purchasing the brand new jeep, Fahad has given us the WORST service ever. We had to help do the licensing on our own, invoices was incorrect and if we didn't pick it up, R26k would have been lost. Our trade in vehicle was settled incorrectly so two debit orders went off... Never ever again will we recommend or refer Fahad.
