Abarth dealer

So I dropped off my car on a Thursday morning with the hope of getting it in the evening. At 330pm I checked progress and my consultant was said to be at the bottom but would call me back. 2 hours later no call and I am stranded at work I uber home. Expecting to get a call on Friday morning that didn't happen until I called them at 11am. My car was still not fixed. I had to go and collect my car as I didn't see a driver coming to fetch me for that. My car is 4 years old now and I love it but have never been satisfied with JEEP customer care. I have a nasty experience for each service. Right now they cant update maps so you get lost in new areas. Smh for such a luxury car brand.

These dudes will stuff your car up, have no doubt.And when they do you'll never hear from them again. Not a call, not an email, not a whisper. In fact they will go out of their way to avoid talking to you (the only time I've spoken to a manager was when I tricked him into a call by asking to speak to the parts department, and asking the parts guy to put the manager on the phone).They answer to nobody. Not even Stellantis (the holding company, the big boss") can do anything for you if FMGH break your car. FMGH tell Stellantis what to do

Questionable honesty. I bought a car from FMGH in Dec 22 to be delivered in JHB in Jan 23. Oh sorry
