Hugely Overpriced and the staff are useless.REPLY: As expected, a massively arrogant repsone from the owner.When I was there 5 months ago, there was no sign saying by appointment only" and your staff would not have known if I had an appointment or not

My experience was nothing but positive. The project consisted of general carpentry work, deck construction, and most importantly, kitchen construction and installation. Quality work, agreeable workmen, professional. Highly recommended, will use them again without hesitation.

I haven't visited The Yard, but I did take time to peruse their website. There certainly appears to be a good variety of second hand stock although there is no indication of the condition or the price. Pity!If a simple grading system was used such as a 3 star system (1 poor, 2 good and 3 excellent) it would gain a buyers attention. To see images, or partial images....without knowing what condition the goods are in or even a price bracket, is a bit disappointing.

Simply an amazing job. I was astonished by how they worked to sand the timber and turn it into a brand new condition. I would say the job's been done as intially quoted if not better. Rated 5 stars. Strongly recommended, they are quite friendly as well as how they are professional at their profession. Thank you for the incredible finish you've done at my place.

After a stressful time dealing with a different floor sander, who was continually pushing back the work start date and simultaneously increasing his quote, I called Sammi from Precise Flooring one evening and asked him if he might be able to take on the job the following day instead. He heard about our story and our now extremely tight deadline, and he rallied together his work mates Alex and John to come over to meet me first thing the next morning with all their sanding equipment, and they got to work on the floor straight away. They were friendly and polite, and Sammi made a point of calling me during the job to give me updates and tell me about how we would need to care for the floors after they are finished. Less than 48 hours later, they had punched down all the nails, filled in the significant knots in the wood with putty, and completed 3 coats of lacquer with a hard wearing satin finish, achieving an incredible result given the very limited time frame. The before and after video speaks for itself! And it was all at a very reasonable price. We would definitely hire again!
