They were extremely friendly and helpfull not only are they the only service centre that will look at an XBOX 360 anymore and if they cant fix it they dont charge you at all

Amazing service...on a Sunday night with load shedding. Still managed to go out of their way to test and repair my Xbox. All done while I waited and detail explanation of what was wrong and how it was fixed.
