The staff was very helpful ,but the said thing is every piece of equipment I hired from them was faulty. A cement mixer, lasted for 2 hours, compactor same story, every time the guys on site lost working time. We lost 2 days of production on site an the expense of 10 men.

What a delight to have Melissa on the phone, so on the ball and professional! Two technicians arrived to diagnose why my genie was not starting and within 5 minutes advised on the problem. No call out fee to visit, only if a repair is necessary, then a quote will follow. This was so much more attractive than the manufacturer, who quoted a crazy price just for travelling and a one hour call out. I highly recommend you give GenWorx a call!
