They had exactly what I wanted (which no chemists I'd tried so far had), and then suggested other things I'd probably need too, which I didn't know about but in fact did need. And then, as I was deciding if I should get 2 or 3 depending on the price, I was told they came in packs of 5 for only $5 in total - I had expected much more than that for just 1.So, friendly, helpful and useful expert service at an excellent price.

Primacare’s service from first enquiry through quotation, shipping, delivery and after sales was extraordinary. Michael was in touch straight through the process and extremely helpful. We urgently needed the adjustable bed for my ill mother as a weekend bed for when she visits. Recommendations were spot on with the choice of bed and matress and we received great value for money. Delivery service was through another company but Warren from the delivery service made sure that our delivery was on time and checked in afterwards. Thank you primacare for your care and service. I highly recommend their products and services.

I am very tankful to Primacare for the excellent service I got from them. I initially hesitated to spend so much money, on a wheelchair, on a company I don't even know. But it was a risk welworth taking.I had a problem with a bag that wasn't sowed proply and was surprised when Michael(the person I was speaking to from the start) offered to send me a new bag to replace. He also said I can keep the old one or discard of it.This is service you don't expect from companies in this day and age.Keep up the good work!

Good product and great service. My father is very sick and his bed was becoming uncomfortable. After a quick search, I found them on the Internet. My wife went to visit to see the bed, and it was a very good product (better than the hospital bed at private hospital). They could only delivered the following day. After insisting that my father needed a bed urgently, they made a plan to deliver the bed and assemble it the same day. No words can express the joy and satisfaction of seeing my father lying comfortably in that bed. Best decision ever...

Pretty frustrated customer. If you can avoid surgical house do so. I've rung 3 times this morning to get a price on an item and I'm promised call backs and kept on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. Definitely needs more people who are willing to help then I'll transfer you". Your dealing with persons whom have difficulties with access and aged and disabilities. It certainly is not good enough. This isn't the first time I've had this experience and always given benefit of the doubt but this is incredibly frustrating. Now to make the trip in to get a price... Will be moving my NDIS plan to a different provider after this. Such a shame as SH is local for me. Not acceptable.Edit to add
