What a privilege and honor to have the opportunity to meet the remarkable inspirational CEO of Radical Mobility the man himself Martin and friend Alli. I have indeed been blessed to received 3 sets of wheels for my electric and also push wheelchairs who were in desperate need to be replaced. I was so surprise because not only did Martin himself deliver the wheels but Alli also personally replace the wheels for me at home. I am so grateful thank you Martin and Alli for everything that you have done for me I will forever be grateful and will surely in future do business with Radical Mobility and I can surely recommended the business to any one that have any mobility needs. Thank you again, I will surely never forget your good kind deed !!!

I would just like to thank Martin and his wonderful team for delivering a fantastic mobility wheelchair that was designed especially for myself. The chair is able to easily go up and down even on steep terrains. I am able to move around outdoors as well, which is what I really needed the chair for. So that I can also 'walk my dogs' and it has been such a blessing being able to have such a fantastic piece of equipment for my day to day use. An outstanding mobility chair and I have never been happier. Thank you very much!I was even able to 'cruise' with my husband on my chair and keep up with him. It was such an exciting experience!

Radical Mobility
It's been almost a year since we bought a motorized wheelchair from Radical Mobility, and I find it's been sufficient time to give an accurate review.I can NOT in good conscience recommend Radical Mobility to anyone. When I research them before ordering a wheelchair, I could not find a single negative review anywhere online, so I had mistakenly assumed that their previous customers are generally happy with their purchases. Not only is the quality of the build of the wheelchair appaling, but Martin (the owner & a quadriplegic himself) simply refuses to take responsibility for anything, so forget about any real after sale service.I have a very long list of issues with my wheelchair, all of which I can prove with photos & documents. To list a few:- Wheelchair wasn't built to my measurements as was supplied on their seating form. Eg. Footplate was too short for my feet size.- The bolt securing the safety belt came off!- The drive settings are completely inappropriate for a wheelchair user. (They even load a setting Martin proudly calls 'insane mode'. It is completely undriveable and 100% unsafe for a wheelchair user)- The basic metal workmanship was shocking. Eg. holes drilled are considerably larger than the bolts used, causing rattling. Some moving parts on scissor jacks (seat lift) didn't have bushings, again causing rattling & instability.- Rain & dust cover purchased from Radical Mobility at R4500, wasn't rain-proof, resulting in a damaged control module (which was installed upside-down against manufacturer recommemdations) Costing us R8500 to replace.- The batteries packed up 4 months into use, no refund, no replacement. Paid R3000 for new ones.- Radical Mobility's quote included a Jay-X2 gel cushion at R12 000. The cushion is too small for measurements supplied to them. (Cushions can't be returned after being opened)At R130 000 purchase price, I expected them to at least get the basics right. I was so wrong. I regret doing business with Radical Mobility, and would advise anyone in the market for a new wheelchair stay well clear of what will only end up costing you more money to correct/alter afterwards.
