Its a gov run institution. So nothing works nobody takes responsibility, its nobody's job and god forbid you if you answer a phone.

Really great service at this police station

They really do not answer phones, but driving there worth the while... they helped us quickly and competently. Does not look too good... but employees doing their best to assist where they can.

They never answer their phones. Trash tbh.

These guys don't answer the phone yoh.

Waiting for more than an hour to open a case, ONE police constable available to assist you.Yet there is 8 more people that needs to open a case.The constable can barely understand what is being said to him because English is not his first language, his interpretation of events as being explained to him gives the impression that he has NO clue as to how to take a statement to open a case of assault.He has tried to rewrite/ retake the same statement 4 times. Every time a clean sheet of paper is being used, because he simply just can't understand.Yet he gets frustrated.What happend to a trauma office at police station where you can go privately and report your case.... Does not even deserve one star....This occured on 1 July 2022.....

Mr Patrick from office 10G, is very good at his job. He assisted us without complaining about tea/lunch breaks, he helped me look for my car until I found it. He is patient, making jokes while assisting. His service was excellent, thank u so so much Mr patrick.
