Good product and great service. My father is very sick and his bed was becoming uncomfortable. After a quick search, I found them on the Internet. My wife went to visit to see the bed, and it was a very good product (better than the hospital bed at private hospital). They could only delivered the following day. After insisting that my father needed a bed urgently, they made a plan to deliver the bed and assemble it the same day. No words can express the joy and satisfaction of seeing my father lying comfortably in that bed. Best decision ever...

Larry offered excellent service. My brother, a C5 quadraplegic, started developing a pressure issue on his sacrum and it was the long weekend. Larry advised that if we could EFT payment and send the POP he would deliver the M8 Pressure care mattress on the public holiday. The product is excellent, my brother is comfortable and it has sorted out the pressure issue in no time at all. Thank you.

I had the most amazing, efficient experience with Michael at Primacare. He was always so quick to respond to emails, and they had a fantastic discount on walkers. I ordered my product online from KZN and it arrived within 3 days.Experiencing such efficiency and great communication is such a blessing and I would highly recommend this company and Michael 100%! Great affordable service is hard to find these days :). Well done on such a valuable great company!

Amazing service from Michael. The team that came were polite and worked quietly. They looked very smart in their uniforms too. Michael was easy to talk to and arranged a bed to be setup with short notice. The bed is pretty great too. My mom disliked the idea of a hospital bed but the K4 is really aesthetic and works really well.

A true example of professional and caring service. From ordering to delivery to servicing, everyone at Primacare has been fantastic in providing proper care with a healthy dose of humanity. Despite my home being a healthy distance from Cape Town and surely out of the way of any normal delivery route, Larry and his team of servicemen have graciously helped and supported us with every need related to the products they have provided us with.

Big thumbs up to Michael Lamberti and his team for great service this week. I put in an order in error for a bed rail instead of a bedside grab (assist) rail and had already paid for it when our OT pointed out the error. My request for a replacement was handled with understanding and remarkable efficiency - no time lost and my Dad now has the rail he needs to make getting in and out of bed so much easier. Great value and great service, thanks Primacare!

My mom is severely disabled in frail care. I bought a backup battery for my moms electric bed from Primacare (bed also from primacare), cost of R2000, and it breaks after 7 months. I'm told after the fact that this battery could take in power but not transform it(?), and its warranty is 6 months. So there.

Great experience working with this Michael and this incredibly needed company. Caring for an elderly parent and their needs can be so daunting but PrimaCare's website was easy to navigate, I received an answer so quickly even though it was the New Year's holiday. Easy, efficient and Cost Effective. The product I ordered arrived safely and well packaged and Thankfully easy to assemble. And more than that, it was delivered to my door. Very happy Customer.
