Absolutely poor service from the front desk staff and attitude. They could not connect me for two weeks and when I went to enquire about it I received a very toxic response where other more “important people “ took priority! I would not recommend this Wi-Fi service to anyone

you need to have your head read if you use this company, there is no customer support or service.can't even reply to an email or get a cancelation request completed.still waiting on my refund. rather use dial up!but to be fair, they sent a proper technician out and he did resolve the problem, i just had a bad installer.

Absolutely pathetic experience. Paid for 15 mbps and only received a varying 0-4 mbps. I am sitting here right now, the only user currently on the wifi, with the Netflix buffering. Have contacted the staff, however there is no interest from their behalf and they seem unapologetic. Not worth the money that you'll pay for this wireless connection

Geenet is probably the worst ISP, I ever had to deal with. They charge prices that are in no way justified, even if they would actually deliver on their promises. The speed is rarely faster than 15% of what I actually pay for, Internet outage has become a routine and if one wants to complain in person or via telephone, you are being treated as public enemy no 1, instead of a paying customer. If Geenet hadn't got a monopoly for Internet supply in my neighborhood, I would change my ISP as fast as humanely possible and I advise those who can change, to do so immediately.

The worst internet provider I have ever dealt with, not only are their packages very overpriced, the “service” doesn’t even work.It took me 18 hours to download a 300 megabyte document. That is ridiculous..Very unreliable and say “everything looks fine on our end” whenever you tell them you have an issue.They are very unprofessional, if you are looking for local internet try Imaginet instead.

I had paid for my WiFi before returning to Grahamstown and I bank with the same bank as Geenet so I figured it would reflect immediately. I had emailed proof of payment 4 times and received no response. I went the entire long weekend without having WiFi and it is still not sorted. I'm at my wits end with these people.

Absolutely poor customer service from staff wanted too charge me R2200 for installation for wireless not even fibre.... when I asked price over phone. filled out job card and still haven't been helped for a week have phoned and gone in personally too be sold stories and no solution provided would not recommend their administration is also poor and nothing is ever on the system

Delivered my laptop for repairs and the staff there were successfully able to address it. An technical hitch appeared during the repair and the team addressed it swiftly and effectively. I was also able to keep in contact with the office throughout.

Any worse than this, is hell itself!!!There's no Wi-Fi at 4 Lindisfarne again! My daughter has assignments to do! It doesn't help that you have NO after hours support!!!The only reason we're still using GEEnet, is because there's no alternative at the moment. But not for long, Thank God! GEEnet best believe that as soon as the competition is up and running, it will be dropped like the hot potato it deserves to be!Irate personified!!!

Paid for 16 mbps which was never achieved, even at home alone with one device connected you wouldn't get 16 mbps, the fastest speed test I got was 4 mbps under these conditions. When you do have problems the service is slow and although the technicians are good they are often late. All this at far too high a price. Our connection frequently died after loadshedding and would need technians to fix. As a computer science major I would not recommend.
