Like the cars the brand represents the dealer is a prestige looking site. The staff friendly and helpful from reception to sales and willing to help in the right direction or get you to the right department. Pleasant atmosphere while waiting and coffee available as a treat

Really a very good dealership. Service department exceptional. Be careful because the security guards will lock you inside if you don't have a passout.

What a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Martin and the team were great in terms of customer and vehicle service and such a gem of a business to use as a landrover owner.

Completely unprofessional and disgraceful service from JLR SandtonI initially dealt with Shaun le Roux to buy a Jaguar and even after expressing multiple times that I want to buy the car, he didn't bother to send me an OTP to sign and close the sale.I then called his manager, Robin Dale, and explained the situation and had exactly the same experience as Mr Padillha (in the reviews) had, in that as soon as I paid the deposit I was told the car has been sold to someone else. Eventually another car was sourced, which was not my first choice vehicle though.After picking up the car I was told he is still waiting for the spare key and documents of the car and will sort out it in a few days and ship it down to me. Since then I've constantly had to chase him for updates, sometimes without getting any response. I have been sent two sets of temporary plates so far and we're 6 weeks later, though I got the spare key, I'm still waiting for them to complete the car registration and send the plates over.I have also escalated this to Mark O'Grady (Service Manager) who promised to get it resolved. This was 3 weeks ago and the only outcome was the spare keys and second set of temporary plates.I certainly would not tolerate this kind of poor customer service from my staff and definitely would never higher people of this poor caliber. Senior management need to take note and urgent action to deal with these bad apples as it is clear I'm not the only one to have had issues with these sales people.This was my first Jaguar purchase and will certainly be my last!18 months later:It is unbelievable that JLR would push the useless insurance add-ons that they do. The Tyre warranty I got with the vehicle was useless - I did manage to get it refunded within the cooling period.They also sold me an Impac Body Maintenance policy, however, when it comes to claiming these guys try every trick in the book - even making up fanticy policy wording just to weasel out of a (small) claim. You would think JLR would understand the type of customer that buys their vehicles are not looking for the cheapest options, but suppliers that deliver service. Have a look at Impac's reviews on Hello Peter - these guys are pathetic, yet JLR Sandton will happily push these products to their customers.It really is disgraceful behaviour from your side, JLR!

These chaps really go the extra mile. I needed my transfer chain replaced which two other workshops could not help me with, but Iconic took it on, immediately confirmed the diagnosis and then kept me updated daily, handled my Innovation claim and personally delivered my vehicle back to me. They have secured me as a new customer. Thanks to Martin and his Team!
