Hands on owner and manager. Technician's that's qualified, with many years of experience of Cold rooms, Air-conditioning, fridges and freezer's. They also have a section that do glass, aluminum doors and windows. You can call them for Quotes and advice on all these things. Great work people. Keep it up

Not so Happy with the service received so far... I phoned the company on Tuesday 20 April 2021 to enquire about products. The lady said if I order and pay it takes about 1-5 days for them to get the boots... When I followed up later the week they said they have up for 3 May.... But she'll ask the lady that works with my order to phone me... it's Monday, 26 April... Haven't received any feedback and now it looks like they are closed and will only be opening on Wednesday......... NOT happy at all

Custom Alluminium replaced the remaining half of my wooden windows and outside doors. All and all, not a very good experience. The quality of their newly installed product is not as good as the existing aluminum windows/doors that we bought the house with (as an example, the crossbars on the new windows are about half the thickness of the crossbars on the old windows). They came out a few times to attempt to fix the issues with the alignment of the doors etc, but without much success.At this stage I'm still sitting with doors that either don't stay closed without being locked, or doors that I have to force closed. Some of the crossbars on the windows are loose and in some cases even fell off. I did pay them in full and now my voice messages and WhatsApp texts are ignored. Therefore, I'm left with no alternative than to contract another aluminium supplier to try and fix up the issues.
