I had a very good experience when I enquired about the available options. I was very impressed with wedding venue and the chapel. There are also more than enough accommodation for a very large group.On site is a quality restaurant and a very nice bar, making the stay there easy and even more enjoyable.A highly recommended venue.

We got married here on 12/05/2018. It was the perfect venue for us, who likes more rustic and humble places and events. The staff are wonderful and made sure everything went perfect. It is an ideal wedding venue for people who likes a safe space to have a weekend event with family and close friends.

Dassie Palace - Lapa & Rest
We had my daughter's kitchen tea at this beautiful venue! The catering was great. Lots of delicious treats. All amenities were neat and comfortable. I can recommend Dassie Palace.

Beautiful grounds with antelope and zebra. Lovely walks around the dam and more for the adventurous in the forests. The suites are large and comfortable. Little WiFi but who needs WiFi when you getting away.

Captain's Cabin Guest House
This has been the accommodation with the best food in all the places I have stayed in in Welkom. Absolutely friendly and beautiful staff. Rooms were always very clean too. Wifi coverage was, however, not very good for me and I could literally hear what the people in the next room were doing, from the slightest sound like a phone notification to the couple being intimate at night - which was quite uncomfortable.

Durban North Conference Centre
On the 7th December we had the opportunity to host my son's 21st party at DNCC, this was like the best party I have ever seen take place. All Glory goes to God and the hosts off the venue. Awesome service and most humble people I have ever seen. Thank you DNCC. YOU GUYS A GREAT.

The Beach Rivonia
Beautiful place. You forget you are in Sandton. Nice service. Nice ambiance. Beautiful music. Was not very happy with the food situation. So the guys doing the grilling are a separate entity from The Beach and you have to go to them to order your food and pay. They dont come to you. Their food though is very nice. We ordered the chisanyama and the periperi wings. Generous servings
