We have been struggling with our lawn for about 7 years, we could never get full coverage and it always resulted in us having a sand storm or mud patch depending on the weather.iGrass was probably the most efficient and seamless service that I have EVER encountered. The timeframe from my first contact until installation was less than 24 hours (I did get lucky in that another client had postponed their installation).iGrass performed their quote system, invoicing, booking and everything via WhatsApp which made communication quick and easy. The team were amazing and the foreman, MacDonald was great!Nakita who I dealt with was friendly, speedy and efficient.All in all this was a dream interaction and a life changing result!Thank you iGrass!

The asistance at the shop was perfect.unfortunately they dont open the boxes to make sure if their product are damaged or not..bought 50 Wimbledon chairs and 10 are brocken ,when trying to contact..no one comes back to you and i only realise when i was unpacking the chairs in limpopo..R3950 for 10 chairs and i am not getting any help

It's really difficult to get in contact with the store, they don't seem to answer the phone and they claim to have a whatsapp line for queries but they just read my messages and didn't respond. Very unprofessional and their website is also amateur and difficult to use

Impossible to contact. I've ordered chairs from them 2 days ago. I just wanted to talk to someone about this order. The number of the call centre" on their website does not exist. Then I sent a whatsapp to number provided on their website
