You will be spoilt for choice in high quality Xmas decor. I've now found a unique store to buy any season's decorations. I will see them again for Easter holidays

I am a florist and when I need flowers for arrangement, I always go there to buy so to arrange the designs my customers need. I am a frequent buyer almost every fourth night. Thanks for being nearer to us.

Absolutely disgusting service from the owner. Never interested in replacing faulty products and I will never go back there. Santas warehouse in Pretoria is a million times better and worth the drive. This place will surely close down in the future when ppl stop supporting them because of the owners lack of customer service or careI have a product that is clearly from you guys as it has your stock code clearly on it and even if purchased elsewhere would’ve come from you anyway. The product is brand new and has just been opened only to find it torn. I didn’t ask for a refund only a replacement. You can clearly see this product has come from your store as you are the only ones to use these codes. Even if a store purchased and resold this it still came from you. It’s clear that you will use any excuse not to help your customers with faulty products. If the only issue was that it came from you, you could’ve easily requested to see it and it would’ve been clear to see. Maybe you need to learn from the like of woolies on customer service.

If you're looking for anything Christmas or Halloween, this should definitely be on your list of places to go.They have an amazing selection of lighting as well. Although a touch on the expensive side, they do often have great specials.

Dreadful company. Service is atrocious. Don't make the same mistake I did. One item I ordered was out of stock. No explanation, and it still clearly shows in stock on their website. Another item I ordered was COMPLETELY wrong. And a third is a tea towel and not a hand towel, not even worth half of what I paid. Absolute ripoff. And they expect me to pay for the return, even when they have delivered the wrong item?? So basically I am stuck with this rubbish. I fail to understand how Grandiflora is still operating. Avoid this website, you will regret buying from them.
