My Fiancé arranged a meeting with a lady named Palesa from this company to view a Toyota Hilux 2021model 4x4 Xtra Cab. They confirmed the time yesterday and today. When he got there, they had no such vehicle and also later was told that the vehicle must be on a test drive?? He drove all the way from Middleburg to see this vehicle at the arranged time with only nothing to see??? Then only for them to want to sell him something else other than what was discussed. This is extremely unprofessional and not the type of service any person willing to driving that far needed. The Kilometers on the bakkie and price was extremely low which already seemed suspicious to him.

Had an apointment for Saturday with saleman Richard,I even confirmed with him on Thursday if the 2 vehicles was still available,and he confirmed yes as I was about to travelle 400km to view the vehicles,on Saturday he contacted me and was making sure I was on my way and even sent a pin location,after ariving and waiting 45min with no Richard I started to talked to the owner and he told me that those 2 vehicles was sold and he already told that to Richard but he never made any attemt to stop me as we was speaking while I was on my way,he did'nt even man up to show up and apoligise face to face,so in total drove 800km for nothing,spent R2000 on fuel for vehicles that was already sold,thanks Richard for wasting my time and money as we all have money to waste,never ever try to buy anything from them as Im in the motor trade and the vehicles on there showroom had all body putty and all had spray work done to it. So even if its free stay away.
