Felt as good as being in Home land right from the entrance. Mr Sirohi a wonderful human being who makes you feel at home and comfortable. Ms Jyothi Kalra always willing to assist....you remind me of late Ms Sushma Swaraj ji. Good people like you all raise levels of expectations and experiences when we get there. Keep up the good work.

The ladies on the front desk are terrible. So unprofessional , treated us as second class citizens. It seemed like we were interrupting their gossips when asked to have a look at our documentation. One of the ladies just screamed at us at the top of her voice when we told her we dint know the new appointment system. They have a real attitude problem. The complaints submitted in the box doesn’t seem to go to the right people or they might be ignoring

L'alliance Française de Port Élisabeth est un endroit très accueillant. Les salles sont spacieuses.La bibliothèque est bien fournie.Des événements sont organisés très régulièrement entre autre le cinéma pour enfants.J'ai assisté au concert de la chanteuse française Sian Pottok, très bon moment convivial. Le temps d'échange avec les autres participants était très sympathique.

Booked 3 x appointment to have our fingerprints done and documents certified in order to renew our SA passports. Received a confirmation email with dates and times and then received a reminder email the day before. Lisa, the staff member that helped us was super efficient, friendly and on time. It really was a pleasure doing business.The building is easily accessible and we found parking in the street without any hassles.
