Absolutely disgusted by the service (or lack thereof) received at Sassa Eersteriver. We have been sitting here since 07:30 in the morning and we have still not been assisted. There is no clear indication as to where one must line up for a specific service. It is now 15:30 and we are told we need to come back on another day. The officials in this office work extremely slow, appropriately 10 people were assisted throughout the day. No one bothers to adress customers, there us no communication or customer service at all! We asked for the manager and we were told that they are in a meeting. Disgusting service!

The service is extreamly poor you get sent from que to que there us no organisation or direction ther own people dont even know what is gowing on. Absoloutly no structure and this is sapose to be a goverment fersilety that says a lot a bout our goverment

We have been trying to reach UGU reception for two weeks and all we get is press 1 , press 2. Have been charged for Extra VTS draws for Dec 17 and we don't have VTS system on our property at all only CTC system.

I gave 1 star just because of one person called Luks at DOL Parade street CT. Else it would be a fat zero!! Why do you not answer your phones? Why do you think that people with absolutely no income should wait until you feel like releasing there funds? Why is it OK to punish us for internal corruption and fraud?I am sure that no-one even monitors this feedback.

Great offices, clean and neat. Very unfriendly old white staff, attitude to the brim, both of them in the electricity sales area. I would never go there ever again.

Staff lovely. Very helpful. I would have appreciated a ramp to get onto pavement. Step up and down was difficult for me on crutches.

The architecture sings out loud with classic elements in it's design. Driving towards Ermelo from Middelburg, you'll never miss the sight of such an imposing landmark. Rising above the lower ends of Wesselton. Situated at the foot of the business district and the most closest community in the city. It's one of the most amazing structures built during the initially primite governance system of district municipalities. It is also one of the most important buildings in the city.

Good afternoon I was at Goodwood municipality day 1 the lady that help me was very good explain everything + gave me dates when to take water meter reading then she will forward it to her I say THANKS. A+++ day 2 CCT sent me water bill it was very high I went back counter number 2 was open the lady explained to me why bill is so high she gave me a complete account display basic list print out from the 3-11-2017 till date 3-7-2018 to her I say THANKING Y0U VERY MUCH A++++ I will always recommended people to go to Goodwood municipality THE BEST
