The best complex in Midrand. Friendly staff, a stone throw away from the Gautrain and also close to boulders mall, China mall and taxis

The place is safe a close to a lot of things(i.e. gautrain, boulders or taxi rank) for convenience.However, it needs new painting. It doesn't have a playing area so the children play next to the apartments meaning not conducive to work from home and the kids will play by the cars and they definitely will scratch your car. The place always has a water outage at least once a month. There is also squatters right outside the yard so you sometimes need to close the sliding door cause they are always burning things.There is a monthly sewerage fee of R500+ that is usually hidden from you.

The complex has a lovely look and feel on the outside, however some units are old looking on the inside.

It's a nice place. The rooms are not too small or too big they are just OK but kitchens are bit on a small side

Only been here for 5 months but the water outages when you stay with children has gotten the best of me, there's never a warning about water being cut yet I pay it monthly.The sanitation basic charge of R545 was hidden from me but the agency insist she mentioned it, why would I allow myself to pay a R6500 rent exclusive of water and electricity for a place where I have to pay to use the toilet? The place is secured but not impressive at all.They did not repaint my unit, the place was not clean, everything I pointed out was never fixed, I CANNOT WANT TO MOVE OUT.

There are constant water cuts in this building, sometimes for a week straight or even more with absolutely no warning from anyone.This building also oven experiences power cuts beyond set loadshedding hours.Friendly staff and lovely building but absolutely not worth moving in considering other stresses.
