My brother bought building material based on the samples displayed in the store on 10 November 2019 and also paid R900. 00 for delivery. On the same day they delivered the material, but not the same quality we saw in the store and they were asked to return the staff. When my brother went to claim refund, including R900.00 he paid for delivery, they flatly refused to refund for R900.00. My brother and i will take up the matter with the Consumer Protection Ombudsman.The grounds for taking up the matter is that they presented false samples at the store and refused to refund R900.00 paid for delivery. It is evident that the staff in that store are highly dishonest.

I cannot recommend Dunn & Farrugia Fences and Gates. From what I experienced their Workmanship, Quality Control, and Communication are sub-standard. They did not supply what I ordered, and I am left with a mismatch fence.I placed an order and paid 50% deposit on 20-7-2021 for 3-panels of painted aluminum picket fence with the 2-uprights longer at the end of each panel giving a concave effect. The order was placed with their Minchinbury facility.4-weeks later I received a phone call (from Amez Bricklaying?) saying the panels were ready and to pay the balance before delivery. I asked for their bank account details and followed up with emails. No response was received so phoned their Penrith office 5-days later to get the bank details (given verbally) and paid the balance. The panels were delivered on 29-October, 5-weeks from order placement.Then I discover one panel was 500mm short. I emailed them with this fact the next day, requesting replacement. The replacement panel was received 6-weeks later, on 10-December. This is now 16-weeks since placing the order. Apart from their emailed quote, nothing was received in writing from them, no progress advice, nothing.Now on fitting the replacement panel it was found to be higher that the original panels, and the end uprights are not at different heights to give the concave effect. they are all they same height.I never received a GST invoice for the product received. That's suspect and I believe illegal.I rue the decision to use this Company and cannot recommend them to anyone.

The staff was very helpful ,but the said thing is every piece of equipment I hired from them was faulty. A cement mixer, lasted for 2 hours, compactor same story, every time the guys on site lost working time. We lost 2 days of production on site an the expense of 10 men.

What a wonderful experience dealing with a company where the staff are both friendly and professional. The service I received from them is of the best. Well done!! I look forward to doing more business with Pride Precast soon.

Ran short of bricks so quickly went to cashbuild asked if they could deliver immediately... they said they would do it in an hour... after 2 hours we called to find out what was happening with our delivery... they said they were sending it.. waited for another 2 hours still no sign... phoned them again...this time he said that they forgot about my delivery... very disappointing service ...
