Standing in line at the cashiers this morning from 12pm till 12.55 to charge my purchase to my account! Only three customers in line....left without buying.

I sent a message to Costume Joy on a Monday evening looking for a bespoke outfit. I was only expecting a response the following day but they responded immediately. I sent a brief and measurements and my outfit was ready by the Wednesday. 100% what I asked for.

The customer service at Costume Carnival is despicable- you would receive better service with more knowledgeable staff at Home Affairs! After purchasing numerous items for Halloween this past weekend for family & friends, I asked if any item bought that remains unused and unopened could be returned to which I got the simple reply of 'yes'.Upon trying to return a perfectly sealed, unopened, unused item to the store today, the store manager was extremely unhelpful and said they had a 'no returns/exchange' policy. I pointed out that there is NO sign ANYWHERE in the store or on my till slip stating this policy and they needed to refund me as the item was in mint condition. The store manager was so unhelpful and had the cheek to tell me to use my cellphone and airtime to phone the owner of the shop!The owner , Ruyada, was extremely rude and unhelpful on the phone. I have never in my life experienced a business owner who cared less about customer service or the reputation of her business.It's not even about the money anymore or having an item that I won't use, but the principle that businesses CANNOT treat their customers in such a manner and not expect a retaliation!

Worst service in Bloemfontein. DONT GO THERE

Absolutely amazing party store. They have everything you could possibly need. The owner is incredibly sweet and helpful. I've been buying my party goodies from Party Rush since February this year and they never disappoint.Update: Bought goodies from René yesterday and once again, such an absolute pleasure doing business with her. She goes out of her way to ensure that her customers her 100% satisfied.
