Greenpark Lifestyle Estate - Balwin Properties
It’s a safe place to stay. Unfortunately the internet connection is dismal and intermittent at best and it is still under construction. Prices for fiber have increased and one cannot select their own ISP. You have to go through Balwin Fiber and then one of their pre selected ISP’s.

Pathetic is not sufficient to sum up the mockery this place is. Deposit is an issue and they state ridiculous things to try and charge you.I don't recommend this to anyone.

Been living at PalmSprings for almost a year now, lovely place, with great amenities, the maintenance of the entire property is on point, always clean, neighbour's are friendly giving a sense of community. And the views of table mountain and surroundings are breath taking

Docklands
This is one of the best places to be at. Usually fully booked buy we managed to secure accommodation. It offers that beautiful view to the famous table mountain. Enjoyed our stay at the Docklands. Great customer service and close to shops.

it's an okey place but the Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible, I do not think they're planning on fixing it, they installed it last year replacing the then perfect Wi-Fi to a Wi-Fi network that doesn't work at all. This very bad considering we're students, we require Wi-Fi to get work done.. In one of the buildings the lifts went weeks without working and the biometrics door is currently not working. Another downside is that unlike other accommodations there's no generator incase of load shedding. For the price they charge it's a let down.

I have been waiting for the deposit letter since February, every time I call , I get different information , The service is very poor I must say . Really bad , I have sent emails and all but nobody responds. The service is really frustrating , I am still waiting even today for a deposit letter.

I have a friend that lives there and it's a quiet, safe area. Walking distance to the nearest mall and right across the Gautrain station.
