I am at my wits end with this company. They deserve a zero or negative star rating. I asked for a cancellation in January 2022, as one absolutely does not get value for money here. I was contacted by Danel Van Der Westhuizen who assured me that my contract will be cancelled and that the final debit order will be in Feb 2022, despite their so called 3 month cancellation notice period. It is now April 2022, and the debit orders are continuing. I intend to report this companyto any higher authority that will look into this company that is so good at just debiting people's bank accounts. I am truly and utterly appalled with this company. Needless to say that I will be expecting a refund with interest and the service fees for debit orders.
