Had my polo tsi dsg gearbox for transmission problems, tho thy took longer to fix my problem, thy made sure that work done on my vehicle was 100% I wanted my car back service centre advised meSir ur car is not 100% for us to release to you we not happy yet"......excellent service"

Gearbox Specialist
So this is a follow up review.Ive basically had my colt rebuilt. At the beginning of the year I had the engine rebuilt else where. I then took my gearbox to Gearbox Specialist just before lockdown. The gearbox was shot. It sounded like a bag of marbles in a tumble dryer.I was super pleased with their work. I must have made 3 or 4 trips to them before booking the vehicle in. And they were very accommodating.I collected my bakkie and noticed an immediate difference. The vehicle felt new again. As you’d expect. Even though I knew I still needed a complete exhaust system...my exhaust was shot. Completely shot.Well it’s been nearly 6 months and I finally had my new exhaust system fitted. It was a double shock for me. The exhaust was great but I could finally appreciate the gearbox. It’s smooth. Quiet and a pleasure to drive.I also had a small issue which I called them about and they sorted for me in the blink of an eye. No questions asked, not arguing or excuses. I had a concern and it was addressed. What more can you ask for?It’s rare to find such great service and most certainly after sales service !!So to the entire team. I thank youRegardsJonathan N
